Prep is where the finish is decided
Most of the days on an interior job go into the part nobody sees. Surfaces are cleaned, sanded, filled, primed and caulked before colour touches them. Nail pops, cracks and anchor holes are patched and feathered flat so they do not show through the finish. In older homes with plaster walls and layers of old paint, that prep takes longer, and we plan the time for it in the estimate instead of rushing to the colour.
Walls, ceilings, trim and doors
Walls and ceilings get two full coats with cure time between them, because one coat rarely gives even, durable coverage, especially over a colour change or a patched wall. Baseboards, casings, crown and doors are finished as their own step so the caulk lines read straight from across the room. Ceilings, accent walls and wallpaper removal are all part of the work too.

Colour consultation is part of every interior quote. We read the light in each room and narrow the choices to three you can live with. The colour picker on our homepage carries ten of the most requested wall colours across Benjamin Moore, Sherwin-Williams and Dulux. On-screen colours are approximate, so confirm your choice against a physical sample.
How the job runs
Stuart, the owner, is on site for the work, so you are not handed off to a rotating crew. Every estimate is free and gives one fixed number, written down before we start, with no surprise charges added partway through.

Yes. Nail pops, cracks and anchor holes are filled and feathered flat before any colour goes on. Larger repairs need time to dry and cure before sanding and priming, and we tell you that up front.
