Cleaned, brightened and sealed

Weathered or bare wood is cleaned and brightened before it is sealed, so the stain goes into clean wood instead of sitting on top of old grime. The finish seals the wood against sun and rain.

Recent projects

Recent work includes a full deck and gazebo pavilion in Georgetown, a cedar porch ceiling and gate stained warm amber in Glen Williams, a backyard privacy fence restained in Glen Williams, and a cedar deck and pergola stained and sealed in Halton Hills. Another pergola was finished in a clear natural look.

Choosing a finish

The finish can be a rich colour, a warm amber or a clear natural look that lets the grain show, depending on the wood and the look you want.

Booking a season

Exterior staining is weather dependent and scheduled around the season, so book ahead for spring and summer. Every estimate is free and gives one fixed number, written down before we start.
